Return policy
The customer may return the ordered products if they are not branded and do not correspond to what he ordered (features) and is obliged to notify this by email ( office@promotop.eu ) within 48 hours.
If the products are branded according to the accepted mock-up, the products cannot be returned.
The email notifying the return of the order must contain the following data:

For all packages and products returned at the customer's request, through no fault of the company, a handling and packaging fee of 30 lei will be retained.
The direct cost of returning the products will be borne by the Buyer.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging, with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents). Products that show physical changes, blows, chips, scratches, shocks, traces of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions are not accepted for return.
The money will be returned only by payment order, regardless of the initial payment method. THE FOLLOWING PRODUCT CATEGORIES CANNOT BE RETURNED:
– Products for which customization has been approved and are already branded accordingly;
- Products that show physical changes, bumps, chips, scratches or that do not comply with the warranty terms;
– Products brought on special orders.
Products related to orders that have exceeded the return period can only be accepted with a penalty applied to the purchase value. The penalty value will be calculated depending on the product addition and any losses related to a sale of the product as a resealed product. The minimum penalty value is 5%, and the maximum is 30%. The decision to accept or return will be sent by e-mail together with the penalty value, after receiving the return request. The maximum response time is 48 hours (2 business days). The refund period, if the return period has been exceeded, is a maximum of 30 days.

Products returned by courier will not be sent with a REFUND. Refunds for orders returned by courier will be made via bank transfer.
