Delivery, an essential service
The delivery of products is as important as the purchase process. For this reason, we have chosen to work with the most renowned courier companies, all for the satisfaction of our customers. Delivery prices are displayed in plain sight and there are no hidden costs. The delivery price will be displayed at the time of order completion when the exact county and locality are entered. The order is valid only after telephone confirmation with you. Delivery of products in stock is made within 24 - 48 hours after telephone confirmation of the order if it is placed by 2:00 PM. If the product is not in stock, the estimated delivery time will be communicated. Delivery is made only on the territory of Romania.
Delivery by express courier
Orders placed by 2:00 PM and confirmed by phone or SMS will be delivered the next day. Depending on the destination city, deliveries start at 8 AM. After the package arrives at the delivery point closest to the destination city, the courier will send an SMS to the recipient with the delivery schedule. It is important to answer the phone in order to receive the package in a timely manner.
Saturday and Sunday orders
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, as well as on days declared as legal holidays, will be processed and handed over to the courier by the end of the first business day following the non-working day.
